Baking equipment

1. Oven (required)

4. Food processor

Food processors and chef machines are both machines with mixing functions, but the former has a higher speed and sharper mixing head (blade), which can break ingredients into fine particles.

5. Refrigerator

Although the refrigerator is not directly related to baking, it is an important “warehouse” for storing baking ingredients.

There is another type of refrigerator, which is the console refrigerator.

It is a refrigerator whose top can be used as a console. The top is usually made of stainless steel and is easy to clean.

Other professional equipment

The pastry machine is a professional bread processing equipment. It is very similar to the dough press in terms of appearance and working principle. It is mainly used to make puff pastry dough, such as Danish bread, pie crust, tart crust, etc.
