Automatic Cake Saw Blade Cutting Machine
The BN-300 cuts cake and pastry products into square, triangle or circular portions. The reference lists 400 × 600 mm square and triangle cutting and 4–12 inch circular cutting.
Suitable applications include cream cake, chiffon cake, sponge cake, sandwiches and roll cakes. The toothed cutting blade includes chip removal and heating features, with a movable safety guard for blade replacement.
